Once a purchased product has been successfully picked up, received at our facility, and deemed eligible for a refund upon inspection, the refund amount will be processed according to the original method of payment used.
Refund Issuance (Credit / Debit Card, Pay On Delivery)
The refund will be initiated based on the initial payment method selected during order submission.

For the Pay On Delivery method, the refund will be credited through a wire transfer. We will request your bank account details for processing the refund through wire transfer.

For Credit / Debit Card payments, the refund will be processed back to the same card used for the purchase.
Customers are advised to ensure the accuracy of their Financial Instruments, as they bear full responsibility for entering the correct information.
How Long Does It Take for a Refund to Complete?
Once we have received the returned item and it has been approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 working days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
