We at SouqLow are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 10-day return policy.

General Guidelines

Return Window: Most products can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery

Product Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and manuals. They should be unused and in resellable condition unless defective.

Items are eligible for returns if they meet one or more of the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged during transit or delivery.
  • The item is defective or does not function properly.
  • The item received is completely different from the one ordered.
  • The item does not meet the agreed specifications (e.g., wrong size, color, etc.) listed on the souqlow.com.

The customer can also return the item(s) for the following reasons of remorse, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Change of mind
  • Didn’t like the product

Product Category Return Guidelines

Small Kitchen Appliances:

  1. Item(s) are accepted for a return only if the product is in the original packaging.
  2. For those item(s) that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed will not be accepted unless they are defective.

Baby Products:

  1. Item(s) are accepted for a return only if the product is in the original packaging and must be unopened due to hygiene concerns. 
  2. For those item(s) that have been opened will not be accepted for returns unless they are delivered defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@souqlow.com to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide instructions on how to ship the product back to us. It is important to ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets eligibility criteria.
  4. Refund: If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or the bank account (in case of Pay on Delivery orders), the details for making such refund and the timelines are detailed in the refund policy available here.

Additional Notes

  • Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a traceable shipping method for returns.
