At SouqLow, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your refurbished home appliance, you may return it within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Window

Our products can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Product Condition

Products must be unopened in original packaging and products that have never been used.

Items are eligible for returns if they meet one or more of the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged during transit or delivery.
  • The item is defective or does not function properly.
  • The item received is completely different from the one ordered.
  • The item does not meet the agreed specifications (e.g., wrong size, color, etc.) listed on the souqlow.com.

Return Cost

  • SouqLow covers the return costs For defective products (e.g., wrong item or damage by the carrier). That means Our shipping charge is FREE for defective or damaged by SouqLow.
  • We also accept returns for customer remorse (e.g., incorrectly purchased product or change of mind), but the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return delivery.

Exceptions

  1. Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling are not eligible for return.
  2. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or the item is defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide instructions on how to ship the product back to us. It is important to ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets eligibility criteria.

Refund Process

If your product is approved for refund, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or the bank account (in case of Pay on Delivery orders).

Refund Issuance (Credit / Debit Card, Pay On Delivery)

The refund will be initiated based on the initial payment method selected during order submission.

  • For the Pay On Delivery method, the refund will be credited through a wire transfer. We will request your bank account details for processing the refund through wire transfer.

  • For Credit / Debit Card payments, the refund will be processed back to the same card used for the purchase.

Customers are advised to ensure the accuracy of their Financial Instruments, as they bear full responsibility for entering the correct information.

How Long Does It Take for a Refund to Complete?

Once we have received the returned item and it has been approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 working days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
